Jurisdiction of employment tribunals 28 1 Section 63 of the 1975 Act (jurisdiction of employment tribunals) is amended as follows. 2 In subsection (1), after “discrimination” in both places where it occurs, insert “or harassment”. 3 In subsection (1)(a), after “Part II” insert “or section 35A or 35B”.
