A draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament on the recommendation of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
Accordingly, Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 2(2) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 19711, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is ordered, as follows:—
