24.  In section 108 M1 (qualifying period of employment) in subsection (3) (cases where no qualifying period of employment is required)— E+W+S

(a) at the end of paragraph (l) omit “or”; and

(b) after paragraph (m) insert—

“or

(n) paragraph (a) or (b) of paragraph 13(5) of Schedule 6 to the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006 applies.”.
