In the Medicines (Advisory Bodies) (No. 2) Regulations 200595, in regulation 1 (citation, commencement and interpretation), in paragraph (3), for the definition of “the appropriate Ministers” substitute the following definition—
“the appropriate Ministers” means the Secretary of State for Health and the Department for Health, Social Services and Public Safety acting jointly;
