Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by paragraph 3A of Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 19581, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is ordered, as follows:

This Order may be cited as the Public Records (Technology Strategy Board) Order 2007

This Order comes into force on 1st February 2008.

Amendment to Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 19582

Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 (definition of public records) is amended as follows.

In Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3, at the appropriate place insert—

Technology Strategy Board.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order amends Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 by adding an entry for the Technology Strategy Board, in order to make the administrative and departmental records of that body public records.
