The Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2008 No. 3065 (C. 131)

2.  Section 46 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Victims of mentally disordered persons) shall come into force on 14th December 2008.
