The Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2008

The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 60 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004(1).

1.  This Order may be cited as the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Commencement No. 10) Order 2008.

2.  Section 46 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (Victims of mentally disordered persons) shall come into force on 14th December 2008.

This Order brings into force on 14th December 2008 section 46 of the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 (c.28).
