2. The following provisions of the Serious and Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 shall come into force on 1st April 2008—
(a)Section 163 (2);
(b)Section 164 (1), (2) and (3);
(c)Section 165 (1) (a) and (b);
(d)Section 174 (2);
(e)Schedule 14 paragraphs 2, 3 (a) and (b);
(f)Schedule 17 Part 2 where it applies to the Police Act 1997(1).
