145. The sentences to which section 294 of AFA 2006 (rank or rate of WOs and NCOs while in custody or detention) applies include—
(a)a custodial sentence passed in respect of an SDA offence;
(b)an SDA custodial sentence; and
(c)an SDA sentence of service detention.
