3.  The amendment made to section 4 of the Pensions and Yeomanry Pay Act 1884 M1 (distribution of money not exceeding £5,000 without probate) by the Army and Air Force (Women's Service) (Adaptation of Enactments) Order 1949 M2 shall continue to have effect notwithstanding the repeal of the Army and Air Force (Women's Service) Act 1948 M3.
