Amendment of the Mental Health (Patient Representation) (Prescribed Persons) (Scotland) (No.2) Regulations 2004

13.  In regulation 2 of the Mental Health (Patient Representation) (Prescribed Persons) (Scotland) (No.2) Regulations 2004(1) (prescribed persons), omit paragraph (a) and in paragraph (c) after “occupational therapists” insert “and registered psychologists”.
