43. Any difference arising between the promoter and a specified undertaker under this Schedule (other than a difference as to its meaning or construction) shall be determined by arbitration in the manner provided by article 82 (arbitration) and in determining any difference under this Schedule the arbitrator may, if the arbitrator thinks fit, require the promoter to execute any temporary or other works so as to avoid, so far as may be reasonably possible, interference with the use of any apparatus.E+W
