M1The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 135 and 168 of the Banking Act 2009 , make the following Order.
The powers in sections 135 and 168 of the Banking Act 2009 are being exercised for the first time and the Treasury is satisfied, in accordance with section 259(4) of that Act, that it is necessary to exercise it without laying a draft for approval.C1
