The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22(2)(a) and (e) 207(1), (2) and (4), and section 212(1) M1 of and paragraphs 1, 2(4), 3(2), 4 and 7(1) of Schedule 1 and paragraph 6 of Schedule 21 to the Equality Act 2010 M2, makes the following Regulations:
