26. In regulation 1(2) of the Medicines for Human Use (Marketing Authorisations Etc.) Regulations 1994() (citation, commencement and interpretation), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “relevant register” for “Part 1 of the register maintained under article 10(1) of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007”, substitute “Part 1 of the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010”.
