S.S.I.2004/115. The definition of “pharmacist independent prescriber” was inserted by S.S.I.2007/501; the definition of “relevant register” was amended by S.I.2007/289; and the definition of “supplementary prescriber” was amended by S.S.I.2006/247 and by S.I.2007/289.

(interpretation)—

(a)

in paragraph (a) of the definition of “pharmacist independent prescriber”, for “Part 1 of the register maintained under article 10(1) of the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians Order 2007” substitute “Part 1 of the register maintained under article 19 of the Pharmacy Order 2010”;
