61.  In paragraph 3(2) of Schedule 3 to the Scottish Parliament (Elections etc.) Order 2007(1) (additional requirements for applications on grounds of disability), for paragraph (e) substitute—

(e)a registered pharmacist as defined by article 3(1) of the Pharmacy Order 2010;.
