18.—(1) Amend section 71 (community safety strategy) as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsections (1), (3) and (4) for “Secretary of State” substitute “Department of Justice”.

(3) In subsection (5)—

(a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “Department of Justice”;

(b) for “him” substitute “the Department”;

(c) for “he” substitute “the Department”.
