86.—(1) Amend section 18A (appeals in respect of hearings under section 18(1)(b)), as it applies to Northern Ireland by virtue of section 21 and paragraph 1 of Schedule 1, as follows.U.K.
(2) In subsection (7) for “Secretary of State” substitute “Department of Justice”.
(3) Omit subsection (8).
