2.—(1) Amend section 6 (annual plans) as follows.U.K.
(2) In subsection (7) after paragraph (b) insert—
“(ba)the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland,”.
(3) In subsection (9)—
(a)omit the word “and” at the end of paragraph (a); and
(b)after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)consult the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland and agree with the Department what provision the plan is to make for Northern Ireland by virtue of subsection (2); and”.
