113.—(1) Amend the Rates (Northern Ireland) Order 1977(1) as follows. U.K.

(2) In paragraph 7(3) of Schedule 9B (Valuation Tribunal: rules) for the words from “annulment” to “accordingly” substitute “negative resolution”.
