30.  In section 5A(1) (maintenance orders under Lugano Convention)— U.K.

(a) in paragraph (a) omit “and Northern Ireland”;

(b) after paragraph (b) insert—

“; and

(c) as respects Northern Ireland, by the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland”.
