Treatment of Offenders Act (Northern Ireland) 1968 U.K.

3.—(1) Amend the Treatment of Offenders Act (Northern Ireland) 1968(1) as follows. U.K.

(2) Omit section 32 (financial provisions).

(3) In section 32A(2) (rules) for the words from “annulment” to “accordingly” substitute “negative resolution”.
