SCHEDULE 2 CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS TO THE OPEN-ENDED INVESTMENT COMPANIES REGULATIONS 2001

1.  The Open-Ended Investment Companies Regulations 2001(1) are amended as follows.
