In the definition of “statutory undertaker” in section 32 of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 M1 (interpretation), in sub-paragraph (i) for “a universal postal service provider within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000 (c.26)” substitute “ a universal service provider within the meaning of Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 (c.5) ”.
