In section 14(1) of the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 M1 (application to aerodromes of power to make regulations for control of certain diseases)—

(1)

omit “, and in relation to aerodromes owned or managed by the Civil Aviation Authority”, and

(2)

in paragraph (b) omit “and aerodromes owned or managed by the Civil Aviation Authority”.
