26. In the Food Safety (Sampling and Qualifications) Regulations 1990 in Schedule 1 (provisions to which those Regulations do not apply), in relation to England only, for the title and reference to the Poultry Meat (Water Content) Regulations 1984 , substitute the title and reference to these Regulations.
