Citation and Commencement1

These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.

These Regulations shall come into force—
a
on 18th June 2012 for all provisions except regulations 8(4) and 9(2) and (3);
b
on 1st October 2012 for regulation 8(4);
c
on 1st October 2013 for regulation 9(2) and (3).
