Amendment of Schedule 6 to the Gambling Act 2005

2.  In Part 2 of Schedule 6(1) to the Gambling Act 2005 (enforcement and regulatory bodies)—

(a) omit the entry relating to the Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority, and

(b) after the entry relating to the Office of Fair Trading insert—

“The Pensions Regulator”.
