37. In section 2(5)(b) (trade descriptions) of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968(1) for the words from “made under Part V” to “that Act)” substitute “of Chapter 1 of Part 13 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012”.
1968 c.29. Paragraph (b) of section 2(5) was inserted by paragraph 16 of Schedule 5 to the Medicines Act 1968.
