The National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) Regulations 2000192 are amended as follows—
a
in regulation 5(3B)(b) for the words from “article 12F” to the end of the paragraph substitute “regulation 247 (exemption for supply in the event or anticipation of pandemic disease) of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012”; and
b
in regulation 6A(6) for the words from “the Medicines” to the end of the paragraph substitute “the Human Medicines Regulations 2012”.
