In paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Waste Management Licensing Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003(1), in the definition “hazardous waste” for the words following ““medicinal product” means” to the end of the definition substitute “a prescription only medicine within the meaning of regulation 5(3) of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012”.
