The Lord Chancellor, after consulting the Lord Chief Justice, makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(6) and Part 1 of Schedule 11 to the Children Act 1989(1).
1. This Order shall be cited as the Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2012 and shall come into force on 10th September 2012.
2. Pontefract County Court shall cease to be a family hearing centre.
3. The Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings Order 2008(2) shall be amended by omitting the entry in Schedule 1 to that Order relating to Pontefract County Court.

This Order amends the Allocation and Transfer of Proceedings Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/2836). As of 10th September 2012 Pontefract County Court ceases to be a family hearing centre.
1989 c.41. Part 1 of Schedule 11 was amended by paragraphs 203 and 210 of Schedule 4 to the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 (c.4).
