Police Act 1996

4.  The Police Act 1996(1) is amended as follows.

1996 c.16. Schedule 4A was inserted by the Police and Justice Act 2006 and has been amended by the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, the Health and Social Care Act 2008, the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011 (c.13) (not yet in force), and the Offender Management Act 2007 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2008.
