22.  In section 19(7)(b) of the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986(1) (member of Animal Procedures Committee), after “bankrupt or”, insert “a moratorium period under a debt relief order (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) applies in relation to him or her”.
