39.  In paragraph 4(4)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Audit Commission Act 1998(1) (the Audit Commission – tenure of office), after “creditors” insert “, or has had a debt relief order (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) made in respect of him”.
