23.  In paragraph 3(b) of Schedule 1 to the Registration of Social Care and Independent Health Care (Wales) Regulations 2002(1) (information to be supplied on an application for registration as a person who carries on an establishment or agency), after “bankrupt,” insert “or has a debt relief order made in respect of him or her (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986),”.
