School Companies Regulations 2002 U.K.

24.  In paragraph 1(b) of Schedule 1 to the School Companies Regulation 2002(1) (individuals who cannot be members of a school company), for “or an interim order” substitute “or an interim bankruptcy restrictions order, or a debt relief restrictions order or interim debt relief restrictions order under Schedule 4ZB to the Insolvency Act 1986.”.
