NHS Blood and Transplant (Gwaed a Thrawsblaniadau’r GIG) Regulations 2005 U.K.

44.  In regulation 3(1)(b) of the NHS Blood and Transplant (Gwaed a Thrawsblaniadau’r GIG) Regulations 2005(1) (disqualification for appointment), after “or an interim bankruptcy restrictions order” add “, or a debt relief restrictions order or interim debt relief restrictions order under Schedule 4ZB to the Insolvency Act 1986”.
