The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17(7), 19(2)(j), 20(3), 28(9) and (11), 31(6) and (7), 33A(1)(c) and (9), 35(2) and 36 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 M1, makes the following Regulations:

Marginal Citations

M12004 c.5. Section 17(7) was amended by section 180(3)(d) of the Planning Act 2008 (c.29). Section 33A was inserted by section 110 of the Localism Act 2011 (c.20). See section 122(1) for the definition of “prescribed”.
