Interpretation, citation, commencement and extent1.(1)

This Order may be cited as the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986 (Fees) Order 2013, and shall come into force on 1st April 2013.

In this Order the “1986 Act” means the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act 1986.

This Order extends to England, Wales and Scotland.
