36. In section 18(9) of the Vehicles Crime Act 2001 (register of registration plate suppliers)(1), for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b)police staff within the meaning of the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012, and”.
2001 c.3. Subsection (9) was inserted by the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (c.15), section 123(2) and has been amended by the Police Reform Social Responsibility Act 2011 (c.13), Schedule 16, paragraph 275.
