PART 2 AMENDMENTS OF PRIMARY LEGISLATION

Amendment of the Criminal Justice Act 1991

8.  In section 24 of the Criminal Justice Act 1991 (recovery of fines etc by deductions from income support)(1)—

(a) in the heading, after “by deductions from” insert “universal credit and”; and

(b) in subsections (1) and (2)(d), before “income support” insert “universal credit,”.
