[F145. Conformity based on unit verification (Module G) is the conformity assessment procedure whereby a manufacturer fulfils the obligations laid down in paragraphs 46, 47 and 49, and it is solely the responsibility of the manufacturer to ensure and declare that the explosive concerned, which has been subject to the provisions of paragraph 48, is in conformity with the requirements of these Regulations that apply to it.]U.K.
