18. In Schedule 3(1) (interpretation), in paragraph 1 insert the following definitions at the appropriate place—
““appropriate cover” is to be construed in accordance with article 11A(3);”; and
““indemnity arrangement” is to be construed in accordance with article 11A(2);”.
Schedule 3 has been amended by S.I. 2003/3148, 2004/1947 and 2033, 2009/1182 and 2010/233 and by the Health and Social Care Act 2012, section 213(1).
