A road constructed on a route, 871 metres in length, starting at a point 249 metres north by north east of a point forming the intersect of the centre line of the existing A556 Chester Road Bridge with the centreline of the M56 motorway, proceeding initially in a north easterly direction, to a point 260 metres south east of the intersection between the centreline of the existing Yarwoodheath Farm Access Bridge and the centreline of the M56 Eastbound Spur On-Slip, reference letter AA on the Special Roads Plan.
