The Secretary of State for Transport makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the HGV Road User Levy Act 2013(1).
A draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the House of Commons in accordance with section 3(3) of that Act.
1. This Order may be cited as the HGV Road User Levy (Exemption of Specified Roads) Order 2014 and comes into force on 1st April 2014.
2. The HGV Road User Levy Act 2013 does not apply to the roads specified in the Schedule.

Regulation 2
1. In England, the M6 Toll road.
2. In Northern Ireland—
(1) the A37; and
(2) the two sections of A3 to the west of Clones.

This Order specifies the roads to which the HGV Road User Levy does not apply.
