7.  In regulation 2 of the National Health Service (Charges for Drugs and Appliances) Regulations 2015 M1 (interpretation), for “the National Health Service (Personal Medical Services Agreements) Regulations 2004” in the definition of “PMS contractor” substitute “the National Health Service (Personal Medical Services Agreements) Regulations 2015”.
