Provisions coming into force on 30th June 2016

5.  The following provisions of the Act come into force on 30th June 2016—

(a) sections 790M(9)(c) and 790W to 790ZE in Part 21A of the Companies Act 2006(1), which are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 3;

(b) paragraphs 4, 5 and 7 of Part 2 of Schedule 3.
