1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration Act 2014 (Commencement No. 4, Transitional and Saving Provisions and Amendment) Order 2015.
(2) Article 7 comes into force on 2nd March 2015.
(3) Articles 8 and 9 come into force on 6th April 2015.
(4) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Immigration Act 2014;
“the Commencement Order” means the Immigration Act 2014 (Commencement No. 3, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2014(1).
